We are looking for an Electronic Hardware Advanced Systems Engineer that would join provide expert-level technical leadership in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions for our power and propulsion technologies. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, safety, and efficiency in sustainable aerospace. Your expertise in electronic systems engineering, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and aerospace solutions.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate on the design and development of complex power electronic systems and components, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanics, power & control electronics, software, modelling simulation) to integrate systems seamlessly into existing processes
• Work closely with project management to align on project plans, milestones and driving project execution
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align projects with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Key skills and qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in electronic design systems engineering, and technical leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Good English command
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
