We are currently seeking a Taiwan Sales Director to support the Defense Channel Partner (DCP) Team with all aspects and day-to-day execution for the country of Taiwan. With responsibility for achieving aggressive annual sales, profit, and growth goals by selling Honeywell products, services and capabilities through distributors/resellers/channel partners.
You will be responsible for managing a distinct set of strategic partners, long term exclusivity agreements, setting short- and long-term channel growth strategies and identifying and qualifying new potential channel partners with the financial, organizational, and managerial capacity to expand Honeywell product sales. Working with channel partners you will develop product roadmaps and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction, margin, and sales performance.
You will direct the sales aspects of D&S Channel Partners, coordinating with all functions of the Honeywell value chain. You will analyze schedules, status reports, coordinate efforts to meet productivity, quality, and customers’ satisfaction goals and objectives while setting the strategies across the business for multiple products. Key requirements are.
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicates with multiple customers and their leadership on a regular basis to define and influence business requirements
· Understands the competitive environment and identifies and recommends potential channel partners to facilitate growth
· Enables channel partner success through various strategic initiatives
· Implements and oversees channel partner customer experience metrics (when the channel partner is providing service under Honeywell’s authorization)
· Implements & sustains technical support self-service solutions, and order management digital solutions for improved efficiency
· Drives channel partner digital adoption and conducts channel partner user forums for incorporation into Honeywell digital roadmap (MyAerospace)
· Develops operating system to promote and implement growth through new platform content, and development of Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades (RMUs)
· Delivers business financial results, Orders, Revenue, Profitability and Cash
· Supports Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and attainment.
· Ensures adherence to the team Management Operating System and IPDS Compliance with all programs
· Identifies and implements productivity and process improvements to continuously improve business performance and profitability
Key Experience & Capabilities:
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred) in Business Engineering, or Finance
· Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development or business management
· International and Defense sales, business development or account management experience
· A capacity to make decisions in the face of ambiguity
· An ability to lead diverse groups
· An in-depth knowledge of business
· An ability to lead through complexity and change
· An ability to pivot or adjust the organizational direction based on new conditions
· An ability to think strategically
· An ability to negotiate with customers, management & Sr. leaders
· Hold Taiwan Citizenship
