As an Investor Relations Coordinator at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationships and communications between Honeywell and its shareholders. Your primary responsibility will be to support effective communication of Honeywell's strategy, value creation and equity story to investors, sell-side analysts and the broader financial community. By facilitating engagement with shareholders, you will enable senior management to focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience across various activities, including financial results processes and corporate access. You will develop an in-depth understanding of Honeywell's business strategy, operations, and external perception. Working closely with senior stakeholders across both financial and non-financial domains, you will navigate dynamic news flow and address emerging issues, making each day unique and rewarding.

We also welcome applicants with experience as Personal/Executive Assistants in financial services who are eager to transition into Investor Relations and build additional related skills.

As part of the Investor Relations and Strategic Finance teams, you will be expected to work in the office five days a week.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Coordinate and support all aspects of Honeywell’s Investor Relations activities with the financial community, ensuring the timely and accurate engagement with analysts and investors.
  • Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable degree of service when engaging with investors, sell-side analysts and the broader financial community.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Investor Relations and the broader team to support Investor Relations’ mission of sharing the company's performance and prospects with the financial markets.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of key internal and external meetings and events as part throughout the quarterly and annual IR activity cycles.
  • Liaise with internal/external partners, including full calendar coordination and management, including proactively scheduling investor meetings, investor conference presentations, non-deal roadshows, ad hoc investor field trips, and sell-side meetings.
  • Coordinate buy-side and sell-side meetings, including conference registration, meeting targeting, logistics, preparation of briefing books, printing presentation materials (when applicable), collecting feedback, and arranging follow-up meetings as needed. Ensure the Investor Relations database is updated with all investor meetings, related activity metrics, and feedback.
  • Play a key role in the coordination of company-led investor events, including annual Investor Days, among others. This includes liaising with the related internal and external stakeholders, sourcing relevant vendors, ensuring adherence to best practices, and organizing communications when applicable.
  • Assist in the generation of marketing material, working with investor relations and external communications to ensure the timely release and upload of press releases.
  • Support in the creation and timely submission of Investor Relations material for monthly Board of Directors reports.
  • Maintain the Investor Relations contact management system and build an intimate knowledge of the data and the investor and analyst communities.
  • Provide support to the Investor Relations and Strategic Finance teams with related ad-hoc activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives and of an Investor Relations role (or combination of both) a plus
  • Proven experience scheduling appointments, updating calendars and coordinating global travel
  • Highly developed client relationship and project management skills
