Sales Training SpecialistAs a Sales Training Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be a driving force in the development and execution of strategic training programs that empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of comprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. In this leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the Industrial Automation organization.
You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director and you’ll work out of our CH3U location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by:
- Leading the development and implementation of sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
- Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements
- Providing guidance and support to sales trainers and training coordinators
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of sales training or related field
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
