The UOP EATCA Finance team plays a critical role in supporting UOP business’ financial strategy with in the Europe, Turkey, Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. The team is responsible for consolidating regions financial results, preparing month end reporting, serving as liaison with regional sales team, tracking operational improvement actions and supporting the AOP, STRAP, and forecast processes.
This role is an integral part of the UOP regional team and collaborates closely with senior management, providing data-driven recommendations related to operations, finances, and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive monthly Orders, Revenue and Direct Margin forecasting working with regional sales leaders.

· Analysis and Insights of functional cost, including monitor cost centers and track variances against trends and budgets

· Identify Risks and Opportunities to the forecast and AOP

· AOP / Formal Forecast preparation & analysis

· Partner with leadership to drive an effective finance MOS

· Train new team members

· Identify improvement areas and implement process improvements

· Establish clear work processes

· Work independently

· Effective cross functional collaboration

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration

· Financial Experience ideally within manufacturing/industrial industry

· Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual

· The ability to make consistent and timely decisions

· The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns in results
