Job Description: Account Manager II/Sr Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for enterprise sales, channel management, and territory management, specifically focusing on the South India based out of Bangalore. Familiar with local language is required for effective communication with clients in these regions.

Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales by identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Work with channel partners to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new market segments and applications for business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions to clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel management, and territory management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in the AIDC (Automated Identification and Data Capture) business or IT industry is highly desirable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
