Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in automation and Generative AI to lead and oversee our automation and AI portfolio. This individual will be responsible for supporting idea intake, overseeing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation and AI solutions that will grow and improve our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee automation and Generative AI projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions and AI models.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and AI use cases.
  • Support idea vetting and feasibility analysis in partnership with the business and technical leads.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight to ensure optimal performance and reliability of automation and AI systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation and AI technologies.

Relevant Technical Skills:

· Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere

· Understanding of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript

· Familiarity with Generative AI models and machine learning frameworks

· Experience with OCR and Process mining tools

· Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and .NET

· Expertise in integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications

· Experience with API integration and web services

· Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

· Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 10+ years overall experience, 5+ with automation / AI

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to manage automation/AI projects from inception to completion

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
