As a Exp CX Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the training strategy and initiatives that will drive our organization's customer experience to new heights. You'll work out of our Warsaw, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2). In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing customer experiences, improving employee capabilities, aligning with the customer experience strategy, cultivating a customer-centric culture, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to organizational growth and success.


Purpose of the position:
Providing seminars and training as well as normative training for the fire alarm technology and PAVA business unit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and implementation of national training for Partners located in Poland, Baltic Countries and Ukraine
  • Preparation and implementation of online training, also internationally
  • Creation of training material for presentations and training, training programs and schedules
  • Creation of e-learning content, e.g. with Articulate
  • Working with subject matter experts, or third parties, develop training curricula and content based upon input from and, the needs of the business
  • Assess the current training curriculum and update as required, special training at the customer's request, technical sales support

Key requirements:

  • +5 years of experience as Product Trainer or on similar position
  • Technical knowledge of Honeywell fire alarm technology (ESSER, NOTIFIER others) would be an advantage
  • Normative expertise in fire alarm systems – very welcome, (e.g. EN 54, polish legislative, knowledge in the field of voice alarms – nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and very good MS Office knowledge
  • Languages: good knowledge of English and Polish, Ukrainian language would be an advantage
  • Experience in national and international business environment, Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally in Europe
