We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vertical Campaign Manager (Sr Customer Marketing Specialist) to join our Customer Marketing team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific vertical markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to specific vertical markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights within targeted verticals.
• Create and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and customer marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong experience in Retail and/or T&L (Transportation & Logistics) industry marketing.
