Responsibilities:
Learn and follow the engineering development process and acquire necessary skills.
Perform basic mechanical engineering tasks such as 3D layout, assembly, testing, and production support.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to assist in design activities.
Work with tooling vendors to ensure design for manufacturing.
Support and conduct engineering verification efforts, identifying and reporting defects via Jira.
Create and update mechanical documentation, including BOMs and 2D drawings, and manage their release.
Maintain a pool of commonly used parts.
Analyze problems using advanced tools.
Engage in on-the-job learning to become a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer.

Qualifications：

Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and mechanics.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and Creo.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to take on new challenges and be comfortable with tackling the unfamiliar.
Creativity and innovation essential to meet customer requirements and improve performance, quality, and cost.
Ability to commit to at least three working days per week prior to graduation.
