As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be part of the COE IT Team, responsible for all enhancements, improvements, and the smooth operation of applications related to Finance and Project Accounting. You will utilize your expertise in Oracle R12 Projects to ensure the effective functioning of these applications and drive continuous improvement.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our Finance and Projects Manufacturing, Billing and Accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the successful execution of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements and improvements to Finance and Projects Suite, Projects Manufacturing, Projects Billing and Projects Accounting applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of Oracle R12 Projects and other related applications.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Finance and Project Accounting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and data integrity.
• Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing for application upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on Oracle R12 Projects.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle R12 Projects and related applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
WE VALUE
• Experience with Finance and Project Manufacturing, Billing and Accounting processes.
• Nice to have experience with Oracle Cost Management, Inventory and WIP.
• Knowledge of other Oracle E-Business Suite modules, in finance area like, AR, AP, FA, GL, CM.• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Project management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
