Job Description of Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer

Now Honeywell Security Solutions R&D is offering opportunities for Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities:
You will take role as Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer, using your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of security smart device products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Responsibilities will include:
Develop smart device product & platform and communicate with global team
Take active part in security commercial new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, software implementation, testing and debugging
Work with external ODM/JDM supplier or 3rd party vendor to develop product.

Basic Qualifications:
Engineering degree in CS/EE/ME with 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical skills with extensive hands-on background in Schematics, PCB design, EMI and Signal Integrity analysis, use-case analysis, performance optimization, thermal analysis, etc.
Experience on Mentor graphic schematic design, PCB layout design is MUST.
Experience on Mentor graphic simulation is preferred.
Hardware engineering test experience is preferred.
Experience on high speed digital and analog circuit performance test and reliability test is preferred.
Team player with passion and zeal to do whatever it takes for business success with a keen sense of urgency and strong drive
Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results


Required Education:

Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Engineering or related.
