Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our organization's service and repair operations in Nanjing, IA. Your expertise and technical skills will be utilized to diagnose, repair, and maintain our products, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Service Manager and you will work out of our Nanjing, IA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and support for service operations
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honeywell products according to established procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsYOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
