As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems. Your expertise in mechanical assembly and your attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the accurate assembly of mechanical components and systems. Your ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality checks will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to provided instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
The annual base salary range for this position is $48,200/yr. ($23.17/hr.) --- $72,400/yr. ($ 34.80/hr.). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions

• Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly
• Experience with precision tools and measuring equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
