Technical Support Internship (BMS)

We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Intern (BMS) to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Technical Support Intern, you are empowered to take ownership of tasks and be able to create an environment where you work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall BMS Technical Support customer experience. It is essential you proactively anticipate customer needs and expectations whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers. To join the team all you need is the right attitude to service excellence, good communication skills, be self-motivated with a great personality. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, you will be supporting a team of Advanced Engineers in a level 2 and 3 capacity. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:

  • 1st response to BMS Technical TTC and SI stakeholders over touchpoints; phone and e-mail and manage and log requests on BMS’s asset system Salesforce/ NEX;
  • License management for legacy BMS and Niagara based systems and support Honeywell brands with further touchpoints under the Multibrand support umbrella;
  • Issuing customers with literature that can support and promote self-help;
  • Supporting other parts of the business to resolve escalated issues arising from customer contact i.e. complaint ownership and call escalation;
  • Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Calls in relation to all types of queries and escalations from internal and external customers

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Final-year student in a bachelor's or master's technical degree program as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Cyber Security (or any technical related field);
  • Technical background either from IT or BMS perspective;
  • Computer literate – MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to support all levels of customers, both internal and external;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
