Project Engineer II

As a Project Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and executing complex projects within Malaysia. You will work closely with our customers to facilitate the installation and integration of multi-domain building infrastructure projects. Your role will involve addressing vertical-specific demand, implementing energy improvement projects, and optimizing smart city solutions.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Kuala Lumpur location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by successfully delivering projects that enhance building infrastructure and improve energy efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute complex projects within Malaysia
• Work with end user customers to facilitate the installation and integration of multi-domain building infrastructure projects
• Address vertical-specific demand and implement energy improvement projects
• Optimize smart city solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project engineering or related roles
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Experience in Building Management & Security Systems:
• System Design
• Engineering Documentation
• Functional Design Specifications
• CAD Design Drawings
• Method Statements
• T&C/Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents
• HVAC Domain knowledge
