As an Advanced Cyber Security Architect here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will be accountable for fortifying defenses against emerging threats, acting as the subject matter expert for technical demands, and ensuring the security and resilience of our business. You will report directly to our Sr. Cyber Security Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guiding the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect critical assets and information
• Conducting in-depth security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems
• Acting as a technical mentor, providing guidance and facilitating to junior cybersecurity professionals
• Participating in incident response activities, contributing technical expertise to resolve security incidents promptly

YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in product development experience, or product security processes/development.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, encryption algorithms, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing security and safety solutions for complex systems and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering specialized in Computer Science, Information Technology, electronics and communications, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such DO326A/DO356A.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in aerospace product development experience, aerospace product architecture, aerospace development processes such as DO178, DO254, ARP 4754 and ARP4761.
