You will report directly to our Director Data Management and you will work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, your leadership and expertise will significantly impact our global data strategy and management practices, setting new industry standards.
By leading a team of dedicated data professionals, you will drive data governance, optimization, and utilization to the highest level.
You will also be instrumental in transforming the HR Data landscape by being a key resource in our Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a HR data management team, promoting innovation and collaboration.
• Execute a high-impact HR system transformation project.
• Drive HR data management strategies to support data quality initiatives.
• Partner with HR Data Quality Leader to ensure end-to-end process and data integrity.
• Oversee HR data governance, including policies, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on high-impact projects.
• Manage data infrastructure and tools for business support.
• Implement data security measures and ensure privacy compliance.
• Drive data-driven decisions aligned with company goals.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and ensure team success.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of data management experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Results oriented, execution mindset.
• Proficiency in data architecture, integration, and governance.
• Strong project management skills and data analysis abilities.
• Working knowledge of database systems, warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and compliance.
• Strategic thinking aligning data management with objectives.

ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES

• Execute deliverables for the Core HR workstream in the implementation of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, transitioning from PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate the system design.
• Partner with implementation vendor to drive requirements traceability and configuration of the HCM system to meet the organization's needs.
• Support data migration and integration effort between the HCM system and other systems.
• Develop user stories and execute testing to ensure the system is functioning properly.
• Drive data standards training and support to end-users on the HCM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and data management best practices in HCM system implementation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of the HCM system.
• Champion continuous improvement of the HCM system and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
