Honeywell Customer Experience Alignment & Responsibilities:
Direct reporting relationship into the Functional Excellence Leader within the Building Automation (BA) Customer Experience (CX Transformation) organization
Serve as BA CX Functional Excellence representation related to Corporate & BA CX initiatives
Create and execute improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma tools and skills
Use Project Management methodologies to track and control deployment plans
Work with key stakeholders to ensure engagement, agreement, support and adherence to deployments both inside and outside the Global BA CX community
Deliver consistent feedback and measurements across all CX HBS hubs and Global Business Enterprise locations where CX members reside
Create, standardize, centralize, and maintain Global CX Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, and Value Stream Maps related to Technical Support, Customer Service, booking billing, collection, dispute and Learning & Enablement
Identify and deliver new continuous improvement opportunities
Demonstrate effective communication and change management process related to all Corporate CX initiatives
Experience | Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years of Change Management and Customer Experience related roles or
Project Management experience
Six sigma green belt certification
