JOB POSTING
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Metal, Mining, Mineral and Chemical Market. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships; Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory, Drive continuous improvement and long term business growth.

Manage and Plan Accounts

Establish Rapport with Customers
Perform Honeywell daily MOS.

YOU MUST HAVE
Base English skill in both writing and speaking.
Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, master’s degree / equivalent will be preferred.

WE VALUE
Excellent team and communication skills.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales/Account Management.
Comprehensive Knowledge on Metal, Mining, Mineral and Chemical market.
Deep technical expertise on DCS/SIS/SCADA and Smart Plant offering etc.
Ability to generate project opportunities from market.
Strong Mindset for business development and breakthrough
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and maintain solid relationship with Key customer.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
