We have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join Honeywell in Bucharest.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in AI and content authoring to oversee strategic projects that elevate our digital offerings.

As an Adobe AEM Content Author at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing web content for our Building Automation division. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with our strategic objectives and enhances the customer experience. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to continuously improve our user experience. This is a Hybrid role 3+2 days.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, publish, and manage digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 3 years+ of experience) to support the Building Automation business.
• Migrate and manage content from legacy platforms such as Sitecore, SharePoint or WordPress.
• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility and search ranking of our web content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Ensure that all content is legally compliant and adheres to Honeywell’s quality standards.
• Lead UATs to improve our customer satisfaction rating (QA experience is an advantage).

Key requirements:

• English - fluent
• Experience with the following technologies: AEM, PIM, SiteCore, eDAM, DAM, Adobe marketing tech stack is a plus (Adobe Analytics for example).
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• 5 years + of web content management (including AEM authoring).
