As a Senior Finance Director, FP&A here at Honeywell, you will Provide Business Analysis & Planning leadership to Aerospace Technologies (AT) to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and efficiency. You will play a key role in leading and operationalizing AT’s Rolling Forecast and Strategic / Annual Operating Plans as well as leveraging AI / Automation to transform our global driver-based planning process. You will also develop integrated analyses, digitized reports, and executive presentations to support the Aerospace Leadership Team’s decision making. This position leads a team that will play a key role in directly supporting the AT CFO and influencing the Commercial, ISC and Engineering Finance organizations. You will report directly to our VP Business Analysis & Planning and you'll work out of our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of our Aerospace business unit by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading P&L Analysis & Planning for the Aerospace Technologies Reporting Segment
• Leveraging AI to digitize and automate forecasting process
• Develop Strategic / Annual Plans and Operationalize Leading / Lagging Metrics to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
• Develop and support presentation of AT Short Range Outlook and 6Q Rolling Forecast
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance based on data-driven insights
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving targets
