As a Welder Advanced Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing advanced welding operations on various metal components and structures. Your expertise in welding techniques and equipment will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality and precision in our welding processes. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our welding operations, contributing to the overall success of our projects and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform advanced welding operations on metal components and structures
• Interpret and follow welding blueprints and specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders
• Inspect and test welded joints for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Salary range for this role: $ $48,600 ($23.35/HR) ---- $72,700 ($34.95/HR.) Compensation may vary based upon experience and skill set.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced welding operations
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment and tools
• Ability to interpret welding blueprints and specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME)
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Familiarity with metal fabrication processes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
