The Product Security Black Belt role is a global position that reports to the Sr. Director of Product Security Shared Services and dotted line to the Chief Product Security Officer. The focus of the role is help optimize, simplify and lean our processes across all the engineering teams in Honeywell.

This role is designed for a self-motivated, data-savvy professional with a passion for process optimization and software security who wants to be part of a global team of incredible Product Security experts working together to make secure products by design and by default.

Responsibilities

· Be the Change Agent across all Product Security community.

· Identify and optimize existing methods and practices using Six Sigma techniques.

· Drive consistency and continuous improvement across development and operations teams.

· Ability to translate & relate Lean concepts / tools to team members and get adoption.

· Provide training, coaching, and expert consultation in Six Sigma and Lean practices.

Basic Qualifications

· Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a focus on change acceleration process (CAP) & Lean

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline

· 2+ years experience in the software development.

· Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and practices

· Experience working with remote teams globally

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts

· Ability to travel worldwide ca. 25%

Additional Qualifications

· Scrum Master experience preferred.

· Experience with SAFe Agile style development

· Certifications in security such as CSSLP or CISSP
