We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Safety Productivity Solutions (SPS)/ PSS business team in our office in Paris or in a hybrid location.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with specific customers and prospects mainly coming from the Retail, possibility to add some T&L Greenfields
  • Develops and sustains long term customer relationships; Establishes these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization.
  • Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
  • Champions the customers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization
  • Early engagement in the customers and prospects buying process diagnosing customers and prospects needs and tailoring solutions to match.
  • Manages the day to day and strategic account planning, quarterly results and long-term account goals.
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions.
  • Manages and builds customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, “trusted advisor” and advocate, Focal point for relationship strategies, account, and sales plans.
  • Control/building project pipeline and with daily cadence keep it up to date.
  • Achieving agreed goals.

You Have

  • A software, service and/or hardware solution selling background for the Manufacturing or Logistics sector

Work Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience selling solutions to the Retail and/or T&L sector.
  • Experience in solution sales. Can show a proven track record of successes.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (from technical to decision making levels)
  • Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.
  • Experience from a matrix organization with a focus on fulfillment through partners.
  • A well-developed solution selling focus on logistic solutions for the manufacturing and warehousing market.
  • Account Management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plans
  • Experience of regular working in a CRM system as Salesforce.com.
  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent experience level.
  • Working knowledge of English and French
