Role & Responsibilities
Product line portfolio management
Track product line sell-in & sell-out revenue & shipment quantity and margin by product family, analyze the performance trend with considering market evolution.
Develop product line growth strategy including AOP & revenue walk, new product opportunity, pricing, market penetration, etc.
Product commercial lifecycle management including product change, succession, and end-of-life, etc.
Optimize portfolio strategy based on competitor product portfolio strategy analysis.
Provide portfolio and product inquiry support to other functions in daily work
Global/BCC new product introduction
Work with global/BCC offering manager on new product China market needs study.
Perform VoC and product field test before commercial launch to validate customer needs and value proposition.
Align with sales team on new product demand forecast and price definition.
Develop market promotion product related material together with market communication team, including product video, brochure, etc.
Work with channel sales and channel marketing on product go-to-market plan including partner identification, sample preparation.
Provide product training to sales, sales technical support team and business partner.
Track NPI Say/Do and drive performance continuous improvement.
Printer market intelligence
Predict market trend based on the evolution of economy, technology, customer needs, competition environment, law, etc.
Explore, Observe, collect and refine end-user requirements, identify the new product & solution and market penetration opportunity.
Study possible alternative solution of current product & service and business model.
Build connection with potential business partner and customer to direct the business growth opportunity landing.
Learn from daily work and continuous driving function excellence.Qualification Requirement
Bachelor or master degree in art, science or engineering background.
At least 10 years working experience in E&E industries, and 3 years+ on product marketing (AIDC product scanner, mobility device or printer will be preferred).
Experience on product portfolio management, go-to-market and market intelligence is preferred, good know-how on industry products.
Good customer approach skill and solid knowledge on customer requirement collection & analysis.
Experience on drive project & task through cross function project team collaboration.
High energy individual; excellent inter-personal skill and have the ability to direct, establish and work in a team environment.
Good at MPP, PPT and Microsoft office software application.
Be able to travel cross country.
