We are currently seeking a Service Projects BMS Engineer to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in The North East Region. Reporting to the Service Projects Manager, your focus will be the delivery of assigned projects identifying value engineering opportunities. The position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing the design of projects with the customer using skills and knowledge within BMS & control systems, HVAC control, integration, and applications.

Service Projects BMS Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with the input of various key internal and external stakeholders, including ownership of any subcontract designs (e.g. Panels)
• Work closely with the Project Manager assisting with the production and coordination of the engineering / design submittal to include Equipment Schedule & Schematics, I/O data point List, Device / Wiring Layout Drawings and Installation/Commissioning
• Development and submittal of both FAT and SAT documentation, to customer approval
• Compiling of Training Handover Documentation for each project

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Previous experience within a project engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology based projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment with a strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft office products
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and projects site as part of the role
