Drive PRO Marketing and Empower Dealer Success
As the PRO Marketing Specialist, you will provide support in the co-ordination of Home’s PRO Tradeshows and Home’s overall PRO Marketing efforts. Led by PRO Marketing Manager, this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong marketing, organizational and communication skills.

  • Organize and coordinate PRO Shows/Roadshows annually.
  • Support all PRO Marketing activities including PRO Print & Digital flyer, PRO Email & Communications, Dealer Communications, PRO Social and PRO Web marketing.
  • Coordinate aspects of Home’s PRO Engagement Program, including Loyalty Marketing, Program Launch, CRM, Database Operations, Promotions, and Website.
  • Provide Dealers with support regarding the PRO Engagement program, answer queries from Dealers and their Staff. Educate Dealers on program benefits, positioning and execution.
  • Participate in the development of PRO Engagement & CRM programs. Build knowledge on leading CRM practices and evaluate how/if they should be incorporated into Home’s efforts.
  • Support and work with Home’s eCommerce team in developing a PRO Web Experience, driving online engagement and e-Commerce purchases with PRO customers.
  • Assist with development of new Pro Marketing opportunities to connect and engage with Pros to grow Home’s share of PRO.
  • Track competitor PRO Marketing activity.
  • Ensure you understand who the PRO customer is and what matters to them is reflected in your marketing recommendations and strategies.
  • Provide support and organization to the Sales Marketing group’s role in the spring and fall markets.
We’re looking for:
  • Diploma in Business or Marketing with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – both oral and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of building supply industry.
  • Direct and Digital Marketing / Loyalty Marketing/ eCommerce practices & principles.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.

  • The expected starting salary range for this role is $56,500-$74,100; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
