As the Reporting Specialist- ERP you will play a key role in enabling accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational reporting within Home Hardware’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. Led by Manager, Finance ERP- Reporting and FP&A, this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong hands-on experience with reporting frameworks and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Evaluate and document reporting impacts resulting from the ERP implementation, guiding business stakeholders in rationalizing existing reports and encouraging broader adoption of self‑service analytics to reduce reporting complexity and strengthen data‑driven decision making.
- Support the design and standardization of reporting frameworks to ensure financial and operational reports meet internal and external requirements, including financial statements, KPI reporting, and management dashboards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and improve the accessibility and clarity of insights delivered to the business.
- Collaborate with Finance, Data, IT, Merchandising/Supply Chain, and the system integrator to align reporting structures and analytics capabilities with best practices and business needs.
- Support testing activities related to reporting to ensure reports function as intended and meet business requirements.
- Assist in developing and delivering training and documentation to support end‑users in effectively leveraging reporting tools, dashboards, and standard processes.
- Support change management and adoption efforts, assisting users before and after go‑live to ensure successful transition to new reporting capabilities and long‑term utilization of ERP-driven insights.
We’re looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Information Systems or Data Analytics/Statistics with 5-10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and strong familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience designing and implementing financial reporting frameworks, including management reporting and KPI dashboards.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft’s reporting and data frameworks (e.g., Fabric, One Lake, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong process improvement mindset, with the ability to streamline reporting workflows and strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and translate Finance and Business needs into system requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex reporting structures and resolve data challenges effectively.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
- Experience supporting change management and driving adoption of new reporting capabilities.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.

- The expected starting salary range for this role is $68,400- $89,800; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
