Internship Objective: SweetWater is looking for an Engineering intern for our Maintenance team, reporting to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, "roll-up their sleeves", and works well with others. This internship supports key initiatives in packaging and brewing operations by analyzing production data, identifying process inefficiencies, and helping implement improvements that enhance throughput, reduce waste, and optimize resource use. The intern collaborates with cross‑functional teams on projects involving line performance, equipment reliability, sustainability, and workflow optimization, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
