Job Summary:
The Logistics & Order Management Associate supports accurate and timely order execution and logistics coordination across the site. This role focuses on processing and closing sales orders, coordinating domestic and international freight, and supporting fulfillment activities to meet operational and customer requirements. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Associate serves as a point of contact for order‑related inquiries and works closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution. This position requires a detail‑oriented, organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while supporting operational Management Logistics and financial goals.

Shift: Onsite; Day shift
Pay Range: CAD $21.00 to 23.00 per hour DOE.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer and internal orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order data within the ERP system; reconcile PO, receiving, and invoice discrepancies (3‑way match)
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international freight; track shipments and resolve delays or issues with carriers and partners
  • Ensure all shipment, freight, and receiving documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready
  • Close sales orders upon shipment or fulfillment milestones to ensure alignment between physical movements and system records
  • Collaborate with Planning, Shipping, and Finance teams to support compliance, continuous improvement, and cost and service targets

Qualifications and Education requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a growth-oriented environment
  • High School Graduation Diploma
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Working experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred
  • Prior experience using an ERP(Acumatica) system preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable reconciling accounts and diving deep into the details to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and strategy based on defined corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
