Summary
Process Engineer operations support day-to-day operational activities to ensure processes run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with departmental standards. This role partners closely with internal operations team to improve workflows, support operational execution, and address operational issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational processes, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Monitor workflows and identify process gaps and opportunities for operations systems improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Create, maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and records
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new employees in the operations department
  • Track metrics, deadlines and deliverables related to operational activities
  • Respond to internal inquiries and monitor operational effectiveness
  • Manage all special projects and implementation tracking with monthly reports across Brewing, Packaging, and warehouse departments.
  • Communicating training Forecast Information to Operations Director
  • Regularly communicate training forecasts and SOPs implementation to all company stakeholders.
  • Ensure cross-functional departmental awareness of major SOPs changes.
  • Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of monthly SOP’s and Operational process planning meetings.
  • Lead additional monthly meetings updating senior operations management on company-wide performance of training accuracy, and Operational SOPs across all departments.
  • Assist in the resolution of key SOP-demand gaps or shortfalls.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, consulting or related fields highly preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations or manufacturing
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard business systems and tools (e.g., ERP, MS office, Google Workspace)
  • Skilled in training and development methodologies
