Job Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for processing all orders from Picklist generation to invoicing and completing all associated administrative duties.
Hourly Rate: USD $18-21/hr.
Shift: 2nd shift

Essential Duties/Functions:
  • Picklist Generation and Distribution.
  • Attaches documents to proper SOs.
  • Verifying completed picklists for accuracy.
  • Logging any edits in shortship KPI tracker.
  • Editing order to match actual quantities shipped.
  • Creation of packing slips.
  • Releasing paperwork to drivers.
  • Answers any questions regarding this process.
  • Records labor data in the Warehouse Labor KPI tracker.
  • Moves all SOs to invoice for processing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Composes and releases the Operations Biweekly Update.
  • Troubleshoots issues as they arise.
  • Assists operations staff on projects that relate to data entry.
  • Places Supply orders for warehouse and repack.
  • Creates Pallet tags for Outbound loads, FG production, Draft Production.
  • Assists Warehouse manager with any tasks related to operations.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient with inventory control systems.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
  • Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
