Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Planner will plan and collaborate with the production team and assist in scheduling and monitoring production timelines to ensure product demand requirements and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Uses demand requirements for brewing (forecast) and demand requirements for packaging (sales orders/forecast) to work with the site-specific production team to make sure product demand requirements are achieved.
  • Works with the Director of Planning to formalize and streamline the demand outputs such that each production facility can use a similarly formatted dataset for production planning purposes.
  • Owns the site specific MRP master files to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual demand related to planned production.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related disciplines including production planning, or manufacturing work, required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
