Job Summary
The Field Equipment Operator (Internal title: Building & Facilities Specialist) provides support to a variety departments when it comes to building and facilities up keep. They will be required to support the Fenwick and Cayuga location based on business demands.
Day Shift
Main Duties
  • Milling
  • Assisting with ACMPR destruction methods using farm tractor and manual labour
  • Small construction projects
  • Landscaping duties including maintenance of foilage, grass and gardens
  • General maintenance of equipment, Pil changes and other fixes
  • Unloading trucks and shipments with wheel loader/tractor/skid steer
  • Possible deliveries with Hino
  • Inventory support as necessary – month, quarter and year end counts
  • Availability to work weekend if necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Skills Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy equipment, and perform manual labour
  • Operate vehicles like tractors, trailers, forklifts, HINO, or other machinery designed to aid in the transport of heavy materials
  • Experience in warehouse work
Working Conditions:
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Sit/stand for extended periods of time
  • Handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
  • Operating large machinery in a safe manner
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Working indoor/outdoor year-round in all temperatures
Pay: $22.50/hr
