Job Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports the administration and execution of Manitoba Harvest HR policies and programs. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management, providing proactive, solution‑oriented HR support.
