Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across Tilray’s Canadian adult-use cannabis portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, development, and launch cycles to execute the development of industry leading products. In addition, you will be responsible for the strategic category & portfolio plan, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term growth targets.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the adult-use portfolio.
  • Lead product discovery and validation through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic portfolio plan, including SKU rationalization, innovation pipeline, and lifecycle management.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and success metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Project Management, R&D, Procurement, Design, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Execution & Optimization

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights and customer feedback.
  • Lead SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present product strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade & cannabis control boards and key retailers on product listings, portfolio planning, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in CPG or regulated industries.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and launching high-impact products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
