We are looking for a strong and passionate Product Delivery Manager to join our Freshii’s team!
We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager for Freshii’s In-Store Technology, including but not limited to POS, 3rd Party Menu Setup, Various Integration, and other key back-office products to ensure our physical and digital properties continue to deliver best in class experience to our guests and various internal key stakeholders. Additionally, the Product Delivery Manager will play a key role in advancing Freshii’s digital strategy across various channels to ensure we’re planning and delivering differentiated services to all of our touch points.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the full end to end experience of our in-store technology products like Point-of-Sale system including connected peripherals.
- Full understanding of back-office tools that are used to power in-store technology.
- Build and communicate product roadmap tactics with key stakeholders to ensure efficient build and roll out of new features within the brand.
- Constantly striving to drive efficient and cost-effective integrations between various different technology platforms that ultimately drive value for our brand.
- Build a streamline product support process that drives confidence against our product and processes.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to all reporting team members, while always defining success metrics.
- Strive to reduce overall technology fees for our franchisees and Freshii Partner Support Center.
- Work cross functionally to support all lines of business by identifying technical requirements to launch new and updated initiatives.
- Execute project rollouts using the Agile methodology with our key engineering teams.
- Provide business cases to executive leadership team for exploring new opportunities to enhance in-store experience while supporting Freshii digital channels.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capabilities.
- Self-Organized with the ability to prioritize projects, tasks and responsibilities against business objectives and goals.
- Highly analytical with sound judgment and logic behind each decision.
- Familiarity with Food Menu Management, SCRUM, Atlassian suite.
- Ability to create, communicate and delivery upon project roadmaps.
- Exceptional ability to communicate ideas and drive them from 0 to 1.
- Previous experience in food space is recommended.
