To develop, maintain and support the Flexera DIS database with application recognition, normalization and categorization Data. In addition, a senior can do one or more tasks out of: Scrum master, Solve and analyze complex problems, transfer knowledge to the team, involve in problem and solution discovery, handle customer or stakeholder communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Solves complex customer problems.
- Identifies problem areas in recognition, normalization or categorization.
- Coach and help Analysts
- Facilitate Analyst team in daily operations and agile work. Collaborate with other teams to remove obstacles.
- Communicates and handles interaction for POC’s, Support cases with both internal and external stakeholders.
Technical skills Required
- Show experience and skills in Data Analytical work and SNOW Problem Domain.
- Self-driven and add to the success of the team even outside role.
- Can interact and handle end customer and SNOW internal interactions in a professional manner.
- Can solve complex problems independently
- Can coach/help others grow, learn and succeed
- Can drive business or support cases by themselves.
- Avid Communicator.
- Think and act proactively and plan-ahead.
- Bachelor of science degree or similar.
