As an Associate Consultant, you will assist in the implementation and configuration of Flexera’s cloud and on-premises solutions. This role requires a basic understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn. You will support customer stakeholders, helping to drive usage, adoption, and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Follow design documentation created by Flexera Services Architects to implement in alignment with Flexera best practices
Work with customer subject matter experts to successfully integrate Flexera’s cloud or on-premises solutions from kick-off to close-out
Configure integrations between Flexera’s solutions and customers’ third-party systems in alignment with design documentation
Create high-quality implementation documentation
Bring innovation and new ideas to existing processes to increase standards and quality
Required Skills

Self-starter attitude with ability to troubleshoot and conduct own research on solutions
Ability to contribute to multiple projects running in parallel
Fundamental understanding of cloud computing and public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Fundamental understanding of advanced data and application architecture
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts and IT security
Some experience with extract, transform and load (“ETL”) processes via API, flat files, or databases
Some knowledge and experience working with REST and SOAP
Ability to read, write and modify Transact-SQL
Understanding of script language like PowerShell or bash
Basic knowledge about software deployment, discovery, and inventory solutions, e.g., Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, HPE Universal Discovery (“HP-UD”), BMC Helix Discovery (previously ADDM)
Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft stack of technologies, including SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Services
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of Flexera’s solution(s) or other IT and Software Asset Management tools like ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Snow License Manager, USU License Management (Aspera SmartTrack), Certero for Enterprise SAM preferred
Introductory Experience with Cloud Management Platforms, e.g.: CloudHealth by vmware, Morpheus Data, Snow/Embotics
Basic knowledge of how to build reports and dashboards using business intelligence software like IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or others
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, e.g.: VMware, XenApp, XenDesktop, App-V
Fundamental understanding of container and container-orchestration, e.g.: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift
Compensation for This Role:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000 USD, plus a services bonus.
Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
