We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of API-driven, database-backed web applications—including sophisticated and intuitive user interfaces. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems; author technical design documents and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Develop and enhance product features across the stack—from backend services to frontend interfaces.
  • Write clean maintainable code validated with robust testing practices.
  • Debug and solve complex technical issues and implement robust, high-quality code.
  • Build rich, interactive, and performant UIs using modern frameworks.
  • Integrate with a variety of systems and technologies such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and AWS services.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, DevOps, SRE, UX, and peer engineering teams.
  • Contribute to agile development processes and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with proven experience in both backend and frontend development.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Professional experience with Java (or similar object-oriented languages and frameworks).
  • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript with a solid understanding of language features and best practices.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and participating in system design discussions.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native environments and working with cloud platforms (AWS / Microsoft Azure / GCP).
  • Comfortable working in a Linux-based development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams in different time zones.
  • Capable of working independently and mentoring other team members when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, Timescale, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
  • Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
