As the Director of Content Operations at Flexera, you will lead a talented team responsible for ingestion, curation, and organization of the world's IT assets. Your mission is to turn vast amounts of semi-structured data into trusted insights that empower customers to manage and optimize their IT landscape, which include hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, containers, AI services and more.

This is a multifaceted role with several partners and objectives

  • Operations: Implement operational rigor, attention to quality, and a mission driven culture in a global team

  • Engineering: Identify opportunities and drive improvements in workflows, tooling and AI automation/augmentation

  • Customer Success: Create a world class customer experience and implement meaningful and ambitious SLOs

  • Product: Explore the future and decode the implications for the business and the team

  • Business leadership: Provide calm and transparency through reporting and executive summaries and readouts to help the business make informed decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the long-term strategy for content operations to support business growth and product innovation

  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI/ML for data normalization, enrichment, and quality assurance

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and operational models

  • Champion data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and reliability as core tenets of operational excellence

  • Manage operations across global teams and time zones, fostering a unified culture and performance standard

  • Understand key engineering practices to guide decisions on architecture, scalability, and reliability of content systems.

We believe that the following experience is relevant

  • Experience with data and content operations at scale

  • Having implemented a mission driven culture focused on quality and customer outcomes

  • Direct experience with customers and collaboration with internal GTM teams

  • Experience with workflow optimizations through process, tooling and automation, including AI augmentation

  • Previous experience with IT asset management, IT vulnerability and FinOps is preferred, but not necessary
