We are seeking a dynamic Field & Partner Marketing Manager for the UKI & Nordics region who will be responsible for steering and developing strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving revenue growth objectives for the assigned territory. This individual will act as the key marketing business partner to the local sales team, representing marketing strategy, planning, and performance to business collaborators (sales & channel) on behalf of the broader marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
    • Tailoring and executing corporate strategies to align with regional needs and local business requirements.
    • Leveraging data analysis, intent data, market feedback, and trends to optimize future marketing tactics.
    • Proactively developing ideas and plans, securing stakeholder approval prior to execution.
    • Creating, maintaining, and executing a rolling 6+ months marketing plan.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Crafting campaigns based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Personas with a customer-centric approach.
    • Developing compelling campaign messages based on key audience messaging.
    • Identifying and utilizing marketing channels & tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Designing programs focused on "Metrics that Matter" and tracking performance accordingly.
  • Partner Marketing:
    • Building and nurturing relationships with marketing teams at partner sites, serving as the primary contact for strategic partners' marketing engagement across EMEA.
    • Planning and executing co-marketing programs with key strategic ecosystem partners throughout EMEA, utilizing various marketing disciplines including events, digital initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • Performance Management:
    • Designing and executing programs in line with the marketing contribution model.
    • Continuously monitoring pipeline and bookings, taking action to optimize outcomes and achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Presenting plans and results with energetic, respectful, and clear communication.
    • Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders, driving engagement, managing expectations, and pushing back when necessary.
    • Acting as the primary marketing representative, collaborating with functional partners within the GTM organization, and proactively sharing global marketing initiatives and activities.
    • Proactively communicating field needs to the rest of the marketing organization to ensure alignment with priorities and outcomes.
  • Vendor Management & Budget Management:
    • Researching and selecting strategic vendors based on privacy and compliance requirements to support desired outcomes, and holding vendors accountable.
    • Collaborating with procurement to negotiate price, terms, and conditions.
    • Accurately managing budget and forecasting spend.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing within the software industry.
  • Exhibit exceptional business acumen with the capability to convert business goals into impactful marketing strategies that can be refined for ongoing performance enhancement.
  • Possess the ability to champion contemporary marketing methodologies such as Account Based Experience (ABX), Precision Demand Marketing (PDM), and value-driven marketing concepts to sales partners.
  • Prioritize the needs and experiences of our customers, ensuring that the customer journey remains uncompromised in the pursuit of revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the partner ecosystem and capability to activate it. Previous experience in Partner/Channel Marketing is crucial.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of organizing and executing partner marketing campaigns alongside partners.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with teams such as product marketing, enablement, and partner sales and leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a keen ability to collaborate effectively to achieve outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, reporting, and insights.
  • A proactive attitude with innovative use of limited resources.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, marketing automation tools (such as Eloqua), and webinar platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
