To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Kallang, Singapore.
What a typical day looks like:
Leader for the CFT and assigned customer account and responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.
Focus in benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.
Ensure customer satisfaction and lead site team to ensure fulfill customer requirements.
Manage commercial eg. quote, account PNL within site KPI and understand contract/ agreement to ensure service within budget and cost recovery for extra services
Manage customer relationship on a site basis and will act as the key escalation point for all product programs, projects and operational performance issues.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
The experience we're looking to add to the team:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
Good understanding on New Product Introduction and Ramp-Up activity
Excellent analytical and communication skill
