Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Leader for the CFT and assigned customer account and responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.

  • Focus in benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

  • Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and lead site team to ensure fulfill customer requirements.

  • Manage commercial eg. quote, account PNL within site KPI and understand contract/ agreement to ensure service within budget and cost recovery for extra services

  • Manage customer relationship on a site basis and will act as the key escalation point for all product programs, projects and operational performance issues.

  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

The experience we're looking to add to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity

  • Good understanding on New Product Introduction and Ramp-Up activity

  • Excellent analytical and communication skill
