Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Juarez South Site.
Reporting to the Senior Director Supply chain the Warehouse Manager's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule.
- Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors Degree and relevant experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience on WH management position
- Experiences working on after market services
- Experience managing multi-wahouses operations
- Proven Strategic thinking records
- Experiences managing WH >80 pallets positions
- Knowledge managing WMS systems required
- Experience managing ERP to ERP system interaction
- DOF experience required
- Order fulfillment experience required
- Cycle Count process management
- Proven leadership records managing organization >300 HC operations
- Shipping process expertise
- Customer management skills
