As a Product and Sales Associate, you’ll help producers make smarter business decisions by promoting FCC’s leading software, AgExpert. You’ll be the voice of AgExpert - guiding producers, answering questions, and translating technical information into clear, meaningful solutions that connect with a wide range of audiences.
In this fast-paced environment, your ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and remain composed will be key. You’ll also bring fresh perspectives to problem-solving, helping turn ideas into results and showing how our tools make farm management and accounting simpler and more effective.
What you’ll do
- Engage with producers and promote AgExpert products through phone calls, social media, trade shows and industry events to understand real on-farm and accounting workflows
- Ask the right questions to uncover business challenges and opportunities, then connect them to the AgExpert features that deliver value
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive sales and referral opportunities
- Translate agricultural scenarios into practical software solutions that resonate with producers and accountants
- Track customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement
- Deliver product demonstrations that start with real-world use cases and show how AgExpert supports better farm business decisions
- Find innovative ways to showcase AgExpert and strengthen customer connections in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a strong referral pipeline by delivering a positive, consistent customer experience
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in Business Administration
- Minimum two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and follow‑ups
- Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with agricultural producers, agribusinesses, or farm management programs
- Education or work experience in agriculture, accounting, finance, or farm business management
- Experience delivering product overviews, demonstrations, or structured explanations to customers or clients
- Familiarity with AgExpert or similar ag‑tech or financial software
