You will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced, technology development environment. You’ll work with system architecture and design, cloud and mobile development, privacy and/or cyber-security. We are an agile team that develops industry leading cloud and mobile technologies that help Canadian farmers digitize their farm records.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal partners on product needs analysis
  • Lead product development lifecycle analysis
  • Oversee documentation of requirements, specifications, work breakdown structures and time estimates
  • Co-ordinate core programming, testing and documentation
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing development team, including project charters, goal setting and performance management
