Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$136,850 - $185,150Experienced leader and strategic thinker neededAs Director, Loan Fulfilment, you’ll be responsible for overseeing loan fulfilment teams in multiple locations across Canada. Recommend and oversee loan fulfilment activities such as loan documentation, disbursements, amendments and more. Plus, with your analytical mindset and passion for improvement, you’ll evaluate strategies, systems and risk mitigation controls and approve new processes and initiatives.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Optimize processes and decision-making related to strategic initiatives
- Implement strategies that support the efficient processing of administrative loan transactions and loan fulfilment tasks
- Evolve systems and processes for continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners
- Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or commerce and at least 10 years of leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Solid understanding of lending and loan administration processes, systems and products
