$92,310 - $124,890The purpose of the role is to support all activities of the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program for FCC. The role provides expertise for planning program activities, performing testing procedures, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying deficiencies and ensuring their adequate remediation.What you’ll do:
Complete annual ICFR program planning and scoping based on risk and materiality
Lead and coordinate the annual fraud risk assessment
Maintain process narratives and flow charts that document key controls
Develop and maintain Risk and Control Matrices
Lead testing and evaluation and conclude on the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of the key controls
Identify control deficiencies and make recommendations
Evaluate the adequacy of action plans
Prepare ongoing and quarterly program reporting on testing results and action plans
Provide on-the-job training and feedback throughout assigned tasks to control owners

What you’ll need:
An undergraduate degree in Business Administration and CPA designation plus at least 3-5 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);
Understanding of the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada internal control framework, the COSO framework and the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Professional Practices Framework, including audit techniques and risk management methodologies
