Lead the adoption and effectiveness of agile methodologyinto our delivery practices and foster an agile delivery mindset. You’ll provide ongoing training with a focus on creating cohesive teams, and work with leaders to identify gaps, address issues and coach teams working with complex products.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the adoption of agile values
• Develop an implementation plan and manage the transformation backlog
• Research best practices and refresh team learnings
• Search or conduct training for colleagues
• Mentor agile business partner team
• Onboard and certify agile participants
• Facilitate workshops
• Participate in planning and inspect-and-adapt events
